Point of Use Purification  A modular system for ensuring product quality. Removes liquid water and oils, aromatic and volatile oxygenated hydrocarbons, aldehydes, H2S, COS, paticulate and other harmful impurities prior to fillers, carbo-coolers, etc.
Literature Cylinder Filling Units  High pressure liquid carbon dioxide pumps provide up to 68.9 barg (1,000 psig) discharge pressure for filling cylinders and fire extenguishers at rates of up to 16 kg/min (35 lb/min). Optional automatic shut-off and mechanical or electronic weigh scales are also available.
Literature Transfer Pumps  Specifically designed for bulk transfer of carbon dioxide with differential pressures up to 5.2 barg (75 psig) and standard capacities up to 132.5 lpm (42 gpm) depending on differential pressure requirements.
Literature Flowmeters  A complete line of vortex, coriolis and turbine flowmeters and accessories for accurately measuring low and high pressure gas and liquid carbon dioxide streams. Can be supplied with local indication, totalization, transmitters, alarm triggers or process controllers.
Purity Testers  The Wittemann CO2 Gas Purity Tester is an improved absorption bottle designed to eliminate confusting cocks, hose connections, awkward manipulation and the usual caustic spillage. It makes gas testing simple, fool-proof, clean and highly accurate.
